A lot's changed, I've taken a dream and am trying to make it a reality...I'm a budding chef now. My feelings on food are still alive and well, and am looking forward to wherever this path leads. So buckle up and let's hit the road.

Country fried steak dinner.
Eva made me Country fried steak last night. Amazing! Steak, brown gravy, white rice, and corn. Yum.
