A lot's changed, I've taken a dream and am trying to make it a reality...I'm a budding chef now. My feelings on food are still alive and well, and am looking forward to wherever this path leads. So buckle up and let's hit the road.

Lunchtime @ Publix.
Special of the day: Fish Sandwich (minus the roll). Great seasoning, it was blackened, and the fish was moist. Next time I would get it minus the cheese, I thought it was unnecessary. Great value-$6.49 plus 1 side.
